In order to solve the bottleneck of talent rural development, alleviate the severe employment pressure, from 2008 in the central parts of the country began to implement Student Village policy. This problem can be resolved, related to the sustained and healthy development of the Student Village policy.Taking Chengde City University Student Village serving as samples, we analyze the problems and causes of office expires Student Village reemployment face.
