Problems Of Fire Management Research In Our Country And The Countermeasures

Our country is entering "much starker choices-and graver consequences-in" this new development, with the rapid development of social economy, the upgrade of industrial structure adjustment, industrialization and urbanization process is accelerated, fire management work faces significant challenges, continuous occurrence of several major workplace fire explosion accident is a wake-up call to us, exposed many weak links and realistic problems, cause the attention of the whole society. At present, the fire fighting management work is hard to meet the needs of social development at present stage, an urgent need to reform the innovation, to build a new scientific and reasonable fire control management system, and this is what the purpose of this study. Hope that through the study of this problem, actively explore and adapt to the current social development of the new pattern of fire management, at the same time also hope that has caused the great attention of all social strata and broad participation, to build the great pattern of the fire, to build a harmonious society contribution strength.Fire management how to reform and innovation to meet the needs of the social development? In order to solve this issue, this article through the literature material law,comparative research and investigation method and other research methods, the fire control laws and regulations system, urban public fire control facilities construction,present situation of fire supervision and law enforcement, fire control intermediary service organization, citizens fire fighting management work of the main aspects such as the fire safety consciousness were studied, summarized the existing problems and weak links, and to analyze the causes of the problem, put forward the scientific and reasonable measures and solutions.Our country can draw lessons from the advanced experience of developed countries,to strengthen the legal support, timely revision consummates "hereby" and relevant laws and regulations, strengthen the specification of fire management work and practical guiding significance. This paper based on the actual mounting public funding and policy support for the construction of fire control facilities, reform and innovation of firesupervision and law enforcement model, enhance the fire prevention and control ability of the whole society. The article points out the new development direction of fire control intermediary service organization, to build standardized and orderly intermediary service market to provide a theoretical basis. Finally put forward to establish and perfect fire control propaganda and education training system of the new way and new method, to improve citizens' fire safety consciousness has very strong realistic guiding significance.In this paper, through the above five aspects put forward the countermeasures for the management of fire control in our country and the rectification, strive to build up suitable for our country in the shortest possible time, social development needs of modern management system.
