Research On The Public Service Of W Community In Weixian

With the development of economic society, Chinese traditional social pattern has been broken, the community has become an indispensable part of urban management framework. As the bridge and link to connect the government and the residents, community is playing an increasingly important role in the current urban construction. The party and government attach great importance to the work of the community; the "community building" has been ascended to the level of national policy. Especially in the field of public service, community undertakes functions of providing health care, poverty relief, employment and social security and so on for area residents, and becomes the most basic unit for the residents accessing the social public services equally and commonly.From the development of the situation in recent years, the community public services get a remarkable result, and provide residents with a range of convenient and beneficial service. But also because of institution, financial security and other aspects, there are still some difficulties and problems on community public service. It needs to be improved and perfected further. On the basis of combing the relevant theoretical research on the current situation, learning the advanced experience of community public service from domestic and abroad, regard W community in Wei county as the research object, after analyzing the achievement of construction of community public services with methods of literature analysis, community interviews and comparative analysis, conclude that the construction of community public service still have many issues need to be solved, such as : lack of importance from government, unclear authority of service management, imbalance of supply and demand for public service, incomplete coverage of public service, inadequate infrastructure of public service, short of community service staff and inferior quality. Reasons to cause these problems are the seriously tendency of administrative community service, imperfect non-profit organization development, the lack of construction funds, low resident participation, etc. And therefore needs to strengthen government management, clear government function, expand financial investment, and strengthen team building and other ways to accelerate the development of Wei County's social public service.
