The measurement and evaluation of the civil service examination is the core part of the whole KaoLu work, composed of qualification review, written examination, interview, and so on a variety of evaluation methods.With these methods to select the real qualified personnel to the ranks of the civil service, in the source to ensure that the entire civil service team of high quality, thus improving the efficiency of the whole government administrative work. Xinjiang civil service examination is started with the civil service examination system in China, the development time is not long. Plus Xinjiang and the unique national characteristics, so in the civil service examination evaluation, the experience is not very rich. So in Xinjiang civil service recruitment examination of the evaluation techniques and methods, but also more or less the existence of deficiencies. Firstly the Chinese civil servant recruitment examination system system is introduced. Draws lessons from the relevant theory and research at home and abroad in the examination for civil servants examination and evaluation, based on the current situation of Xinjiang's economic and social development, makes a systematic analysis of the present situation of the Xinjiang civil servant recruitment examination evaluation.
