Research On The Public Service Of Government WeChat In Hebei Province

With the rapid development and popularization of the Internet,the speed of information transmission becomes faster and faster,and the means updates everyday.WeChat,a instant messaging service program,was rolled out by Tencent company in 2011 after the application of Microblog.Until the first quarter of 2016,WeChat has covered more than 90% smartphone in China.And what's more,the monthly active users of WeChat is up to 650 million,and more than 10 million public accounts converge here,WeChat affect the daily lives of everyone in each family.Combined with WeChat,government business brings huge impact.Both the Party and government organs and public institutions at all levels attempt to occupy the position of public opinion,and provide better service for the people.After several years of development,as a bridge between connecting the government and the public,government WeChat changes its character from news publication platform to multipurpose government service center,which is more pragmatic,and closer to the ordinary people' needs,and has playing an increasingly active role in the aspects of leading the public opinion,the construction of service-oriented government,and enhancing the government credibility.But nationwide government WeChat gets unbalanced development.It shows that it loses its balance in different district,levels and areas.The service that the government WeChat provides is far from the public needs.This paper,using the methods of data analysis,case study and literature analysis,starts from the condition about the operation of government WeChat of Hebei Province,provides summary of the operation situation.The compares it with other advanced region,and analyses it by choosing some representative WeChat.Based on the research,this paper gives the opinion that though it has achieved rapid development in the quantity of the government WeChat,it till have the problem of uneven development,nonstandard naming,low account credibility,few original content,dissatisfying the public's needs,unresponsive to the public's appeal,lacking influential account,because of late development,low and unbalanced investment,imperfect mechanism system,in sufficient consideration and service awareness,low quality of the government officers,little publicity efforts and so on.Aiming at the existing problems of government,the paper puts forwards some suggestions from three aspect of promoting the rapid development,improving the content construction,enhancing the influence of the government WeChat in the last part,so as to reach a higher level of the development,enhancing the credibility,impact and service capability,and make positive contribution in promoting the service oriented government.
