In recent years,China's construction of a harmonious society has deepened,put forward higher requirements on the change of government functions in society,so our government in recent years has increased on the performance appraisal of civil servants,in order to adapt to the challenges from social transformation and development.In the township civil servants as the frontline service personnel must always pay attention to their own service purposes,to increase the township civil service performance assessment efforts,the comprehensive construction of "service oriented government" to support the township civil servants.Therefore,our country must gradually improve the township civil service performance appraisal methods,and constantly improve their comprehensive quality,lay a good foundation for the smooth transformation of government functions in china.At present China's township government civil servants performance appraisal practice,there are still a lot of problems,especially the evaluation system,evaluation method is not perfect,therefore,our government must pay attention to the township civil service examination,combined with the actual situation in various regions,to work out scientific and reasonable the performance appraisal system,so as to continuously improve our service consciousness of township civil servants.Under this background,this paper takes M city Z town government as the research object,analyzes the existing problems of M city Z town government civil servants performance appraisal,and a detailed analysis of the causes of the problems,and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the township government in the performance appraisal of civil servants.The main body of this paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly about the background of the paper and the significance of the topic,the review of relevant research at home and abroad,and put forward the research content and methods.The second part introduces the performance,performance appraisal,the township government civil servants and their work characteristics,the township government civil service performance and the evaluation principle,the examination method and the examination function.The third part of the town of Z M government civil servants performance appraisal as an example,describes the status quo,problems and causes of the performance assessment of the township government in our country.The fourth part of the proposed to improve our country villages and towns government civil servants performance appraisal of effective measures,namely from improve township government civil servants performance appraisal index,build sound township civil servants performance appraisal system,pay attention to performance appraisal results using,strengthen incentive mechanism,performance appraisal system running the safeguards four aspects,the paper puts forward measures.
