| The structure of a family is changing drastically due to the transformation of Chinese economy and society, transforming to downsizing and focusing on its core value. The traditional home care pattern could not satisfy the needs of rapidly increasing number of elderly population any more, resulting from the serious shortage of community nursing homes. The main solution to this problem is that the government need to establish an appropriate community nursing service system. Through the method that combines studying references with verifying researches'results, this paper investigates the reality of Chinese home care situation; analyzes the pros and cons of different patterns based on the situation of Fuzhou; providing different advices according to the situation. This paper will give the government related departments some insight of the nursing service development of Fuzhou.This paper could be dived into six parts:The first part clarifies the background and significance of research, reviews research situation, introduces research ideas, research methods and technical route and features and innovations.The second part defines the meaning of community, home care, concepts such as supply and describes theoretical studies based on good governance theory, hierarchy of needs, the supply side, social security theory.The third part of the comparative analysis in terms of service delivery body, service personnel, services, funding sources, operating results and other existing supply pattern comparison and analysis of the pros and cons of each model and its supply difficulties and causes stored in the development process.The fourth section reviews the home care service supply mode running smoothly at home and abroad; analyzes their main experience and enlightenment to improve home care services draw.The fifth part from the system point of view, put forward a variety of home care services to promote sustainable development in the supply mode optimization strategy. |
