Polycentric Governance Perspective In Central County Public Products Effectivesupply Research

The total economic output of the county is more than half of the national economy,the county economic development has become the main policy design object.But the long-term urban and rural dual structure lead to the gap between the rich and poor,the polarization of the economy and the polarization of public goods supply.From the perspective of polycentric governance,this paper analyzes the present situation of the public goods supply of the central region government,solves the " government failure" of the county government in the market-oriented way,and tries to establish an effective public product supply system and deal with the relationship between market enterprises,social organizations and county government.For the county government in deepening reform and functional transformation,it can better deal with county government for public goods,provide better public goods,provide better public goods,make full use and dispatch more advantaged social environment.
