The thesis is based on an investigation on the villagers' autonomy of village governance in Xiao town .According to the investigation,we find some changes after the villagers' autonomy ,the ordinary villagers raise the awareness of democracy. It promote the development of the democracy. Such as social differentiation and the significiant changes in social structure. A number of the non-governmental organizations emerge in the village,the powers of the village committee has been weakened .We should pay attention to the village governance problems.As"feng village" as a case for the study, on the following consideration ,Xiao town,It is located in the north of Henan province. It is a large agricultural town .There are have.many regions in the north of the Henan province. There's economic and social development in middle-level status in Henan province .It is not a model villager's just a microcosm of the general rural .At least on the Central Plains region,from the role of rural areas . Feng village are more representative of the townThis thesis is divided into six chapters. Respectively; Introduction, the villagers' autonomy in Xiao town and the feng village, introduce the villagers' autonomy of history, introduce the meaning of the reason, retrieval of existing research, describe the analysis of ideas and related concepts.The second chapter introduces the village's history and general situation.The third chapter introduces the villagers' autonomy experience and status quo.The fourth chapter analysis village's governance ,town-village relationship has been changed in the new situation.The fifth chapter introduces the weakeing of the power system,the social organizations rise in the village governance.The six chapter introduces the conclutions .
