With the development of our society and growth of awareness of equality,woman has been liberated from housework and played important role in various fields.However,due to the conventional thought and the needs of enterprise development,woman suffered all kinds of discrimination during their employment course,this influences their career development,moreover,causes physical and mental damage from a certain extent,too.This issue is not only about violation of "equality"---the fundamental human rights,but also the obstacle of economic and social development.To deal with this issue,the current laws of our country are insufficient,women's employment rights are not protected enough.Therefore,this paper started with women's employment rights,in the perspective of the rights of the legal protection,finished the study which based on the paper topics.This paper includes four main parts:Part ?:Concept definition.This part is the leading part,focused on the connotation and extension of legal protection,and the differences with other related concepts.Through stating the core concepts,we defined the scope of the study and the main line.Part ?:Study on the legal protection of women's employment rights abroad.Through the research of international conventions and law research of women's employment rights in Europe and America,this paper summarized their experience and made it as reference,in order to promote the security of women's employment rights in China.Part III:Status and problems of legal protection of women's employment rights in China.This part contains two aspects:First,summarizing related laws,regulations,rules on women's employment rights in China,Second,analyzing problems in legislation,law enforcement,the judiciary and the supervision of legal protection of women's employment rights.Part IV:Several suggestions on improving legal protection of women's employment rights.According to the research above,I put forward corresponding suggestions aiming on the problems found and foreign experience for reference.Moreover,the proposed legislation,law enforcement,judicial and supervision are all in the area of legislation,that is,all of these measures should be clear in legal provisions,rather than specific operational level.
