Research On Innovation Of Modern Policing Machanism In China's Prison

For a long time,there's trouble for China's traditional prison police mechanism to meet the "new normal" situation and requirements of Central and provincial leaders towards the prison judicial work,which advocates the establishment of modern police mechanism.From the perspective of institutional change,this article reviews the change of police mechanism,covering the theoretical literature from the aspects of motivation,category,stage to path of the change,summarizes the global police revolution,and sums up China's whole prison police work.The author points out the necessity of innovation construction of modern police mechanism,which should be combined with the change of the new situation and the requirements of the environment and work.It is suggested that the modern policing mechanism should be flat,people-oriented and info-armed as the basic features to enhance the organization and coordination between the institutions.The focus from the rights-supply mechanism,supervision mechanisms and human resources security mechanisms mean to provide a stable basis.In the end,taking Guangdong provincial GM prison as an example,the article elaborates the practical work of the construction of modern police mechanism,In order to construct "modern civilized prison zone",the GM prison,embodying the concept of people first,constantly improves the modern police mechanism in construction,and achieves good results in job design,functional specialization and police-force protection.
