Pyramid selling crime,a serious impact on social stability and unity.In recent years,the work on governance MLM Nanning relevant government departments to seriously implement the national and autonomous region,Nanning City deployment requirements,continuous crime MLM governance work,assist the departments to strengthen and implement the comprehensive management measures,achieved a certain social effect.However,the marketing staff in Nanning city is still all over the city most of the District,the number is still high,governance over a single,narrow the scope of punishment,MLM activities form is also in constant differentiation and evolution,network marketing,foreign direct sales staff continue to emerge in Nanning,this shows that the current marketing activities management system in our city is not very effective,which prompted us to look for governance method,MLM related cause analysis,put forward effective method.In the first chapter of this paper,it describes the background and significance of the topic,research status,level and development trend,research methods and content.In the second chapter of this article analysis the concept of MLM activities,Nanning characteristics,marketing concept,crime and China's legal provisions on MLM,after analyzing the theory of public governance background,the main views of the public governance theory and public governance plays an important role in perfecting the governance of marketing activities system and positive significance.Analysis of the status quo of Nanning governance MLM crime third chapter from the basic situation,marketing activities management in Nanning city the basic approach to the analysis,the results obtained,and put forward the main problems of Nanning governance of marketing activities.The fourth chapter puts forward the basic ideas of the reform of management system from the marketing activities of the public governance theory in China and from the angle of multi subject system,build marketing governance and actively explore the prevention mechanism of multi subject marketing activities to reform the governance system of marketing activities.We always adhere to the theory of public governance as a research perspective and theoretical basis,that not only to improve the government's management system of marketing activities,it is more important to the social organizations and citizens into the governance of marketing activities,to supplement the deficiency of government departments in the management activities in marketing.
