Research On The Participation Of Social Organizations In City Basic Governance

It has been more than 40 years since the reform and opening-up in 1978.During these 40 years,while China's economic and social development has been growing faster and faster,more and more social contradictions have also emerged.The transformation of social life has become a necessity,the government as a single provider of social services has been unable to meet the growing personalized needs of people,and the traditional means of administrative governance can not play an effective role,the government needs to innovate social governance means,from the traditional social management to social governance,through the transformation of functions to strengthen the effectiveness of social governance.At the same time,the process of social governance innovation is also the process of social organization development,and the level of social organization development can directly reflect the quality and level of social governance.Social Organization is one of the pluralistic subjects participating in social governance,and it is also one of the important bases for the realization of social governance.From years of practical experience in social governance,we can see that social organizations can not only participate in social governance,but also promote the rational allocation of social resources in social governance,it can be an important platform for communication and even linkage among the government,society and the public.It is also an important impetus for the effective promotion of the overall effectiveness of social governance.This paper takes the participation of social organizations in lucheng district of Wenzhou city as a case study.On the basis of expounding the status quo of its participation in governance,it finds out the problems and shortcomings of participation in governance,and puts forward corresponding solutions.
