Study On The Security Of Migrant Worker's Educational Right From The Perspective Of Equalization

With the industrialization and urbanization being expanded in China,the population of migrant workers has witnessed an increasing growth and its structure has changed.One of the most obvious changes is that,more and more migrant workers who used to work in the cities individually now have moved into urban cities with all their families.And their children also become a big group in metropolitans.Since every legal citizen has the right to enjoy education,the issue of their children's educational right of migrant workers has evoked widespread attention.Equalization of public services means the fundamentally equal public services and commodities that Chinese governments provide for the public.Indeed,through years of efficiency-driven reform and opening up,the social economy of China has made a great progress.However,the increased economic growth does not respectively improve the welfares of the public widely.And the main reason is that Chinese government has not well implemented its public duties owing to various objective limitations,which made migrant workers have suffered unequal treatment compared to urban citizens.Not only does it go against righteousness of society,but also impede the process of building a moderate and harmonious society in China to some extend.In recent years,in order to gradually resolve the imbalance of income between urban and rural dwellers,Chinese government has also adopted many measures,but there is still a long way to achieve the equalization between urban and rural areas.Thus,through the study on the equalization of public services,this article aims to discuss the security of educational right that the children of migrant workers should enjoy.Only educational equalization could protect the equal educational right for the children of migrant workers.Based on the idea of rule of law in China,the educational right of migrant workers' children should be stressed in the national security.But currently,the condition is not optimistic.On the basis of the analysis on the educational background of migrant workers' children,the thesis tends to analyze the inevitability to secure their educational rights under the guidance of public management theories and educational theories,and then to explore the measures that secures the educational right of migrant workers under the equalization of public services.
