Research On The Young Pioneers Counselors Occupational Identity

Young pioneers counselors is the most important work force,the young pioneers,deepen primary and middle schools moral education,strengthen ideological and moral construction of minors important strength,is the pursuit of life in children and adolescents,leading the organizer of the practice experience,the healthy growth of the provider,protector of the legitimate rights and interests,and the builder of the good development environment.Young pioneers counselors is really in a line in the face of the children of the young pioneers workers,is the most important power of the practical work of the young pioneers;But at the same time they are teachers,the education administrative system of the command and leadership,and group leader of the young pioneers,a children's organization,they are often in the forefront of all kinds of conflicts.Their situation and actual working condition is not only related to the effectiveness and efficiency of the young pioneers,and relates to in the overall situation of social science development,the growth of the young pioneers development and overall construction of the young pioneers organization.From the concept of occupational identity,this paper analyzes the present situation of the counselor occupational identity,find out the current process of counselors occupational identity,including occupational identity adaptation,occupational identity obedience,occupational identity acception,occupational identity internalization,occupational identity sublimation five stages.The young pioneers counselors construct occupational identity with interacting with multiple identities,including the school leader,peer counselors,students,and having relevant knowledge accumulation may also affect the young pioneers counselors construction process of occupational identity.Based on the interview results,this paper give the corresponding suggestions based on the present status of the young pioneers counselor identity to improve the identity.
