Young pioneer counselor professional development based on the current research and teachers' identity,the influence of the young pioneers counselors identity research gradually become a hot topic in the study of the young pioneers,but throughout the previous study of the young pioneers counselor identity,such as research methods are mostly based on interviews and life cycle method of qualitative research method,quantitative method,has been taken and this study enriched the young pioneers counselors identity research method,the results are more clear.And this study integrates the identity theory and the related content of the theory of teacher development,through the help of the teachers' professional identity research method,based on the probes into the basic connotation of the young pioneers counselor identity,and based on actual survey and the interview,identity status quo from the different dimensions of instructors were discussed and compared,in order to identity counselors to do in order to clarify the present situation of internal reasons,from the internal cause enhance counselors identification methods and Suggestions are put forward.In addition,it is hoped that the research results can be used as a reference for schools,so that schools can know what aspects should be taken to enhance the professional identity of counselor teachers and thus improve their subjective well-being.This study is based on the identity of the young pioneers counselor identity research and,specialization development research and theory,the integrated use of questionnaire investigation,literature analysis method and interview method,based on the theoretical basis,theoretical framework based on the preliminary establishment of the dimension of the initial establishment and revision of the questionnaire,finally get good reliability and validity of the young pioneers counselors identity questionnaire.By the questionnaire of the young pioneers counselors identity identification,emotional value,input identification,ability to identity,expectations of five dimensions of 29 item,reliability investigation by questionnaire,the scale of each factor is between 0.619 to 0.909,the total table of the Cronbach alpha coefficient is 0.925,has the very good internal consistency,in line with the current standards of the psychology of the reliability of the questionnaire design.It can be used as a measurement tool to evaluate the identity of young pioneers counselors.In the study on the status quo of identity of young pioneers counselors in shaanxi province,the status quo,main influencing factors and existing problems of identity of young pioneers counselors in shaanxi province were analyzed through questionnaire survey and structured interview with 550 primary and secondary school counselors in shaanxi province.The following conclusions:(1)in shaanxi province of the identity are always divided into 3.47 is greater than the median 3,counselor identity status in shaanxi province young pioneers in average level,and affective commitment factors average less than 3,shows the current shaanxi province young pioneers counselors of instructors perceive and experience the identity of the weak,indeterminate state.This also reflects the complexity and multiple characteristics of the identity of young pioneers counselors.(2)there is no difference in the identity of instructor in gender,instructor identity(squadron or brigade counselor),working time of young pioneers,difference in primary and secondary school work,school location and monthly income.(3)there are significant differences in educational background,professional title and job nature(part-time or full-time counselors).The identity of young pioneers counselors with different educational backgrounds is as follows:undergraduate>junior college>graduate student>middle school teacher or below.The order of identity degree of counselors and teachers with different professional titles is as follows:senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher>,senior middle school teacher.The identity level of full-time counselors is higher than that of part-time counselors.All in all,this is the young pioneers counselors identity research provides a theoretical perspective and a new research method,provides a theoretical basis for development of the young pioneers counselor specialization,can get a more scientific method for professional or identity related aspects of the further research,and the establishment of the young pioneers counselors identity questionnaire can provide measurement method for large-scale empirical research,hope for the young pioneers counselors identity research and professional development to provide the reference.
