Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Home Care In Yuhuatai District Of Nanjing

With the intensifying of population aging in China,how to support the elderly has become the most concerned livelihood issue currently.Due to the problems in the family supporting and institution supporting,the wishes of the elderly cannot be satisfied.A new type of supporting model,the community home care emerges as required,which is filling the shortage of the family or institution supporting.Community home endowment of this article refers to the elderly living in their own home abetted life way of a pension.it based on community,supported by wisdom,pension service platform,by means of market operation,the integration of all kinds of community endowment service resources,to provide basic life care for the elderly living in a home,domestic service,and health care and pension demand of different level such as spiritual consolation,is an integrated family endowment and institution endowment advantage of the new endowment mode.The index analytical method,comparative analysis method and the combination of the qualitative and quantitative analysis method are applied in this paper,where the new public management theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory are used as the theoretical basis.The writer uses SPSS to analyze the current status and the existing problems related to community home care in Yuhuatai District.Aiming at the imperfection in the system of community home care policy there,lack of the institution,improper distribution,lack of training system,the weakness of the personnel's professional technics and the incomplete serving items and formation,the writer raises the corresponding solutions,so as to promote the standardization and professionalization of the community home care services.
