Research On Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Home-based Care Service In Xi'an City

China has the largest elderly population and the fastest growing population in the world.According to relevant data statistics,China has stepped into the ranks of aging population countries in 1999.It is estimated that by the middle of the next century,China's elderly population may reach 400 million,accounting for a quarter of the total population.In this context,it is particularly important and urgent to explore a new mode of old-age care service.Currently,it is in line with China's national conditions and has been vigorously implemented.At the same time,community home-based old-age care service is highly accepted.In recent years,xi 'an is also faced with the problems of aging,so it is urgent to practice and explore community home care services.Based on the above background,this paper selected the xi 'an city five more representative of the community of field investigation and interview,using the method of questionnaire,interview to collect the required data,through the resulting data,to the community community home endowment service provided by the current situation have a general understanding and mastering,combined with related interviews at the same time,try to understand the community elderly real demand and inner thoughts,as in this paper,we study the argument to support.In addition,in order to explore more deeply the current problems of xi 'an community home endowment service,this paper also adopted the "orderly" multivariate logistic regression model analysis method,choose relevant independent variables and dependent variables is analyzed,and the methods of comparative analysis and cross analysis,to compare the income data,even in combination with relevant policy to describe and interpret the data.Through the above methods finally concluded that the current problems existing in the xi 'an community home endowment service mainly include: not enough fiscal funds,catering service provided by the communities that occupy the home is not very desirable,community endowment service supply and demand "disconnect" phenomenon,community home endowment service lack of propaganda and popularization,and the community in its positioning on a blur.To solve these problems,at the same time,using the related theory as the guide,is proposed in this paper: increase financial support and encourage the establishment of "the old restaurant" catering service mode,play to the community "comparative advantage" and so on five aspects of countermeasures and Suggestions,aimed at communityhome endowment service in xi 'an well run to provide help and support.
