In the 1980s,China's social transformation accelerated.In the process of transition from a planned economy to a market economy,the gap between the rich and the poor in the cities gradually widened,and the interests of the disadvantaged groups were becoming more and more difficult.The community has done a lot of efforts for the cause of poverty alleviation.In this context,the clarity supermarket is generated,and the emergence of charity supermarkets is the useful result of these positive exploration and try.Charity supermarket is a social service organization that provides material help and volunteer service for the disadvantaged masses on the basis of the voluntary and unpaid donations of the public,and with the help of the supermarket management and operation mode.From the overall and long-term development of society,the charity supermarket will be a powerful driving force,it can fill the gaps in the field of poverty alleviation of public services and it has a unique and valuable role to enhance public welfare,to meet the growing diversity of social needs and to maintain the rights of vulnerable groups.However,a considerable part of the charity supermarket face "survival crisis" in China.They lack a path out of the predicament and in a state of survival worrying situation.In addition to the institutional problems,the lack of resources and the ability to fundraise is weak are also the important reasons that cannot be ignored.Because the main dependence on external resources,the charity supermarkets cannot be survive if the lack of resources,as resource is the start of the origin and the cycle of the leverage.The research that has been on the charity supermarrket,pay more attention to the development model and characteristics,the development difficulties and causes and the development mechanisms and pathways of charity supermarket.Not yet scholars to research the issue of resource mobilization of charity supermarket specialized,thus cannot fully grasp the status of the development of charity supermarket,more cannot provide a viable path to solve the "survival crisis" of charity supermarket.Based on the theory of resource mobilization and voluntary failure,and combining with the current practice of charity supermarket in China,this paper divides the theory analysis framework of charity supermarket into three dimensions:mobilization goal,mobilizing foundation and mobilizing technology.Then,according to the logical idea of "mobilizing what","by what mobilize" and "how to mobilize",we deeply analyze the resource mobilization situation of nine charity supermarkets in Shanghai P district from three levels of the theory analysis framework.Through the case analysis,it is found that there are many problems in the process of resource mobilization of the charity supermarket in our country,such as the mobilization goals deviation hindering the reform and transformation of charity supermarket;the mobilization foundation is weaken,weak the ability of charity supermarket mobilization resources;the mobilization technology is rigidity,restricting the effectiveness of charity supermarket moblilization resources and so on In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions to optimize the mobilization of charity supermarkets based on the results of theoretical analysis framework and the case analysis.Then proposed feasible proposals to optimize the charity supermarket resource mobilization from three parts:clearing the mobilization goal,enhancing the mobilization foundation,innovating the mobilization technology.
