The Research On Three Communities Linkage In Community Governance

It is an important issue in the practice of modern governance system on how to make.the "Three Communities Linkage" further promote the development of community governance to a higher level.This study on management status of Jinchuan community in Bayannaoer City shows that there still exists serious administrative of community neighborhood committee,imperfections of the community social organization development,low degree of specialization of social workers,personnel instability,singleness of community financing channels,and difficulty of volunteer management in the the application of the three communities linkage in Jinchuan community.In the process of promoting community governance,it is of great significance to strengthen top-level design agency on three communities linkage mechanism,fostering the growth of social organizations,strengthen the construction of their own quality of social workers,broaden sources of funding and strengthen volunteer team construction.
