Study On The Risk Of The Rural Land Expropriation In Resource Rich Area Of Western China

With the continuous improvement of urbanization and modernization in our country,the living standard of rural residents has been gradually improved,but the rural social contradictions and risks have become more and more prominent,especially in the rural areas where the western resources are enriched.The region exists in a wealth of energy and mineral resources,and the local government takes advantage of resources to develop related energy industry in the development process,and this practice objectively promote the region’s economic development,improve the quality of life of residents and improve the regional employment rate.However,the risk of the rural land expropriation in resource rich area of Western China broke the villagers’ stable living conditions and disrupted the rural social order.Therefore,it is not only the common aspiration of the villagers in the region,but also the objective demand of social harmony and stability in the rural areas,which summarizes and defuses the social risks of the land-expropriated rural areas in the western resource-rich areas.On the basis of summing up the domestic and foreign research results,this paper uses case analysis,questionnaire and other methods,combines with risk society,social conflict and new public service theory to elaborate the rural land expropriation in resource rich area of Western China facing the risk of leadership corruption,development and protection,cultural morality,social stability,ecological security and other risks.This paper analyzes the causes of the risk from the perspective of the lack of government responsibility,the overall decline of economic development,the weakening of the role of grassroots organizations and the low quality of the villagers,and puts forward the related countermeasures of eliminating from the aspect of strengthening the government management,strengthening the supply of public services,improving the comprehensive quality of the villagers and others,so as to rural areas of economic development and social stability to provide protection and promote China’s comprehensive well-off society to achieve.
