Study On The Satisfaction Factors Of Private Nursing Institutions Industrial Development

The problem of population aging is becoming more and more serious,as China has faced with the crucial stage of the reform.There are 230 million people over 60 years old and140 million people over 65 years old in China,the proportion of that are 16 percent and10.5 percent.So how to solve the aging problem is related to not only the national economy and people's livelihood but also the social stability.At the present time,the family model in our country is the “4-2-1”,but with the fully opening of the second child policy,the family model in our country will change into the “4-2-2”.It means that the pressure of young people in looking after the parents is becoming heavier and heavier.So,making analysis to the development of nursing institutions is significant not only to promote the development of the nursing homes but also to solve the issues of aging population.Yantai is the city which has stepped into the old age earlier than others in Shandong Province,it is important to develop the elder industry in Yantai.In recent years,the problem of elder lives issues are becoming more and more difficult,there is some diverse demand without supply,the space of the elder industry development is huge enough.Due to lack of appropriate theoretical guidance and mature management models and methods,therefore,there is some disadvantage during the industrialization development of the private nursing institutions in Yantai.So this paper researched on the industrialization development of nursing institutions at the macro and micro aspects.At the macro aspect,this paper used nursing institutions number given by civil affairs bureau in Yantai to analyze the status of the industrialization development of nursing institution in Yantai.From the analysis,the results show that the nursing institution industry is in initial stage,with low market concentration,decentralized competition and no scale effect.So this paper argues to develop the industrialization nursing institutions,make the innovation in elder lives model and supply kinds of elder service.At the micro level,this study based on the literature research and interview results of the elderly.From medical services,accommodation,living environment and daily diet put forward research hypothesis.And according to the research hypothesis and interview results,we use the structural equation model.After factor analysis and path analysis to the291 pieces of effective questionnaire,it showed that the living environment,medicalservices and daily diet has the direct positive influence on the satisfaction.The accommodation has the direct positive influence on the living environment and medical services,has the indirect positive influence on the satisfaction.From the macro and micro analysis,this paper gave some pertinence advice to the Industrial Development of Nursing Institutions in Yantai.
