The Political Logic Of "Rural Governance By The Rich" From The Perspective Of Legal Construction In Rural Grassroots

This paper studies on a new phenomenon that is happening quietly in the field of rural governance in contemporary China—— "Rural Governance by the Rich",and aims to observe and analyze the political logic through the introduction of Habermas' s legitimacy theory.The text is divided into four parts.First of all,based on the investigation of the phenomenon of "Rural Governance by the Rich" in contemporary China,the present situation of the research on the thesis is reviewed.Then I will summarize the general characteristics and universal law of this phenomenon,and put forward the hypothesis of Habermas' s legitimacy theory.Then I will go back to the empirical analysis to test the hypothesis.Finally,through the reflection of the test results,we can get a new understanding of the political logic of the rule of law in rural areas.The introduction consists of three parts.First part is about the phenomenon of "Rural Governance by the Rich",then the second part focuses on the current academic research on this topic and gives a brief comment.Finally,the research methods used in this paper are introduced,and in particular I will introduce Habermas' s legitimacy theory as a tool of analysis and the definition of the two key concepts involved in this paper.The body text after the introduction is divided into four chapters.The first chapter discusses the political logic,including the historical origin and types of the phenomenon,the analysis of political logic and the political logic of "Rural Governance by the Rich".The latter is also the theoretical hypothesis proposed in this paper.The second chapter is the construction and creation of the political logic of "Rural Governance by the Rich" from two different perspectives.This part aims to verify the theoretical hypothesis,and it is divided into two parts according to the internal and external angles of the analysis: the construction of the political logic of "Rural Governance by the Rich" and the internal creation.Each section is further refined into several more specific arguments.And at the end of each part,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the above arguments.The third chapter is the political logic of "Rural Governance by the Rich" in the perspective of Habermas' s theory of legitimacy.At first,this section will introduce and interpret the detailed correspondences of Habermas' s theory of legitimacy with the study object,then take this as the angle of view to analyze the paradox about the legitimacy of "Rural Governance by the Rich" : a legal unjust.And then the last part will reflect on the root causes of this paradox from two aspects of the rule of law theory and the practice of China.The fourth chapter is the conclusion of the text.It is designed to rebuild the legitimacy of "Rural Governance by the Rich",and to return to the track of rule of law to seek the solution of the question.
