Research On The Residential Satisfaction Under The Urban Community-Based Home Endowment

With the rapid aging of China's population,how to create a good old-age provision environment for the elderly becomes an urgent problem for the party and the government to solve.The community-based home endowment enables the elderly to enjoy convenient aged services without leaving the familiar residential communities,which satisfies the diverse aged services of the elderly,and further realizes the organic unity of the traditional concept of repaying our roots and the principle of cost-benefit.Therefore,developing the communitybased home endowment will become an important breakthrough to relieve the pressure of urban pension.However,under the background of supply-side reform,the construction of the community living environment is often ignored and there is a lack of effective supply of community homebased care services in the practice process of the community-based home endowment.In the theoretical level,most scholars tend to explore the community-based home endowment from the macroscopic aspects,such as the model construction,the development status and the strategy.And they ignored the subjective feelings of the elderly and they did not conduct indepth research on the satisfaction of the elderly by integrating various factors such as the dwelling house and community,which against the original intention of making the elderly spend their old age comfortably to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper explored the residential satisfaction of the elderly under the community-based home endowment from the perspective of the elderly,in order to obtain their real demand,and to provide an important theoretical reference for the relevant suppliers to make decisions.The main contents and contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the systematic review of domestic and foreign research status and the elaboration of relevant theories,it accurately defined the concepts involved in this paper and obtained the connotation of community-based home endowment,that is,community-based home endowment is a new old-age provision model based on the suitable living environment and the perfect community home-based care services as the core content.At the same time,based on the customer satisfaction theory,this paper has established a residential satisfaction for the urban communitybased home endowment model.The model includes five main variables: perceived quality,residential satisfaction,perceived value,community home-based care services and household loyalty.(2)Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey conducted in four main districts of Dalian,it used the structural equation model to fit and test the residential satisfaction model,and all the six research hypotheses were passed.(3)Based on the residential satisfaction model,the residential satisfaction evaluation system under the urban community-based home endowment model was constructed,and the system was applied to the urban elderly under the community-based home endowment in Dalian,and the quantitative residential satisfaction evaluation results were obtained.At the same time,the results were reflected in the form of a cloud map.(4)Finally,according to the research conclusion,the author put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions from the point of view of government,enterprise,community,so as to provide reference for these suppliers to make relevant decisions and then help the supply-side structural reform of the endowment industry.
