Research On The Mode Of "Internet Plus Community Business" Under The Background Of Population Aging

In recent years,with extensive application of Internet,e-commerce as an emerging business model growth fast.The traditional retailing industry now faces huge challenges.As a result,retailing industry returns to its nature,and has started to focus on the consumers' demands and pay attention to community business.On the other hand,with the issue of population aging gets increasingly severe,the elderly's living and caring needs shall be satisfied by community businesses.Thus,it's an urgent need to build "Internet+ community business" model under the background of population aging and further establish a home-based care model for the aged and social pension system suitable to Chinese national conditions.Therefore,how to develop "Internet + community business" mode serving for the elderly has become an issue with both theoretical and practical significance of study.This thesis discussed "Internet+ community business" model under the background of population aging from eight aspects.The first part introduced the studies issue of this thesis and background,methodology and significance of this study;The second part explained concepts related to community business and made a literature review of domestic and foreign research findings;In the third part,the author elaborated progress and current situation of community business as well as development history of community business model in China;The author visited Yuejiyuan Community.In the fourth part,the author analyzed the basic living conditions and demands of the old people there,and further proposed living and caring requirements of the elderly;In the fifth part,the author analyzed characteristics and application of Beijing CSF Market Yuejiyuan Community Business APP,and discussed how to use Internet+ community business to serve for the users;In the sixth part,the author summarized existing problems with Beijing CSF Market Community Business APP and proposed the countermeasures;In the seventh part,the author gave suggestions on development of "Internet+ community business" model under the background of population aging.The last part is the conclusion of this thesis...
