The Study On The Large Private Enterprise Of Migrant Workers Citizenship

To promote the citizenization of migrant workers is the trend of the development of the times,but also an inevitable requirement of urbanization in the period of social transformation in china.To promote the process of citizenization of migrant workers,how to realize the citizenization of migrant workers is the focus of our sociological research.According to the principle of the orderly development of migrant workers' citizenization,it is the main research focus of this paper to select the migrant workers who have the ability to make the citizen to take the lead in realizing the citizen.At present,private enterprises have become an important component of the emerging in China's economic and social development,taking into account the migrant workers into the city,especially the young migrant workers chose to work in the enterprise,so the enterprise has become the backbone of migrant workers in the group.In the existing private enterprises,the private enterprise system and welfare guarantee are relatively perfect,and the development is relatively stable.Migrant workers in large private enterprises can enjoy the corresponding protection provided by the enterprises to ease the pressure of migrant workers living in the city,the mature enterprise development system also helps to enhance the ability of migrant workers.Therefore,this study selects large scale private enterprises as the research object,so the migrant workers in the B enterprises in Xi'an as samples.This study adopts questionnaire survey,interview and observation.Through the investigation,based on the understanding of B enterprises on the current situation of migrant workers,citizenization of migrant workers in the process of enterprise's advantages and disadvantages are analyzed,combined with the impact of business people of migrant workers,put forward a series of countermeasures and suggestions.This paper describes the current situation of migrant workers' citizenization from five aspects: the occupational citizenization of the migrant workers,the citizens of the economy,the citizenization of the life style,the socialization of social interaction and the subjective consciousness of the citizens.According to the present situation of B enterprise of citizenization of migrant workers,combined with the survey data analysis found that there are many advantages of B business of migrant workers in the process of urbanization,including stable income,perfect social security system,multi housing security and mature enterprise culture.At the same time,it also faces some difficulties,such as: institutional dilemma,capital dilemma and the main dilemma.The dilemma of the system mainly reflects the connection between the enterprise and the government.The plight of capital is mainly manifested in the lack of social capital and the shortage of human capital.The plight of the main performance for migrant workers passing mentality and lack of initiative.The factors affecting the citizenization of migrant workers include institutional factors,enterprise factors and individual factors of migrant workers.The system factors and the performance impact of the household registration system,the social security system,the education of the children of migrant workers and housing problems;factors of enterprise performance for the enterprise support,the wages of migrant workers and migrant workers occupation skill training;individual factors and the performance of the citizenization of migrant workers,migrant workers and the meaning of identity and personal qualities of migrant workers.This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions according to the plight of the citizenization of migrant workers.First,the household registration system to break the utilitarian,return to the demographic function.Second,reduce the threshold of migrant workers' children to achieve equal access to education.Third,improve the quality of migrant workers,increase human capital investment.Fourth,cultivate the individual initiative of migrant workers.
