Research On The Status And Countermeasures Of Vocational Training For The Disabled In Anhui Province

The purpose of vocational training for disabled persons is to enable disabled people to have survival skills,to work and self reliant,to get rid of poverty and move towards a well-off life.With the increasing population of the disabled,the demand for vocational training is increasing by the disabled group.The groups of disabled persons have great obstacles in communication,social interaction and self-worth.Through the occupation training of persons with disabilities,can not only enable the disabled,enable it to have proficiency in a particular line and through the self realization of the value of employment,but also can help them integrate into the society,increase the sense of social inclusion and social participation of the disabled,and bring both spiritual and material satisfaction to them.Therefore,the development of vocational training for the disabled is an indispensable and important task in the cause of the disabled.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current situation of vocational training development for disabled persons in Anhui Province,find out the problems in vocational training for disabled people,and put forward specific suggestions to promote the development and perfection of vocational education for disabled persons.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part is the introduction part of this paper,describes the research background and significance,summarizes the research status both at home and abroad for occupation training,research ideas and methods of the article and description,and innovation and deficiency.The second part introduces the definition of the related concepts of the vocational training for the disabled and the theoretical basis for the study of the vocational education for the disabled.The third part is to analyze the current situation of the development of the disabled in Anhui Province,including four parts:general situation of disabled people,employment,vocational training related laws and policies,and career training for disabled persons.The fourth part introduces the results of questionnaire survey of disabled persons in Anhui Province,including data sources,basic characteristics of disabled people,and the results of three stages before and after vocational training.The fifth part is to analyze the existing problems in the vocational training for the disabled in Anhui province.The sixth part is to put forward corresponding solutions to the above problems.The seventh part is the final summary of the article.
