The degree of population aging in China in the 21st century,pension problem become a hot social concem.In the function of family endowment weakening,institution endowment under the current situation of the weak,the community endowment as a bridge of family endowment and institution endowment into people's horizons,and play its unique advantages.The old day care service center is an important service of community home endowment patterns.Day care centers in general by the town(street)to construction,social forces to run,the elderly for community care helps the meal service,day care,day care services such as entertainment.T city currently has 83 day care centers,mainly through the community,social organization and social enterprise management and operation.Under the different main body management,day care center for the development of present different situation,each kind of development model has its unique characteristics.Based on Mallow's hierarchy of needs and the welfare pluralism theory as the support,through the literature research and interview method to the development of T city city day care service center model for further research.First of all,this paper introduces the T city day care service center development pattern,Taking the F,N,B three community elderly day care center in T city as an example,this paper summarizes the current situation of community self-management,social organization and social enterprise management model.Secondly,the author combined the interview content of community management mode,social organization and management mode and social enterprise management mode of dialectical analysis,understand the three models exist in the process of development of the advantages and challenges.Then from the three kinds of development model of day care center in T city City,the capital,service personnel,service content,social recognition etc.,found that the difference between the three models are in the process of operation and common.Combination of three development modes of comparative analysis,the actual demand for the rural community of T city,the general community and high-grade community elderly,the author puts forward the development of community management mode of the community,rural city ordinary community development management mode,social organization city high-grade community development of Social Enterprise management recommendations.Based on the analysis of the common characteristics of the three models,the author found that there are some problems in T city day care center,such as the shortage of professional talents,imperfect management system,imperfect supervision system and so on,Therefore,the author puts forward some suggestions from the government,service provider and social level.At the same time the author for day care service center three development modes of their respective analysis of existing problems,puts forward corresponding countermeasures.Hope to T city daytime elderly care service center to get a better development.
