With the increasing degree of aging in our country,the pension problem is highly concerned by people from all walks of life.Due to people's life and work habits and attitudes change,the traditional pension mode faces great challenges,the recognition degree of pension institutions by people is increasing.Institutional pension is not only the supplement to the pension model,but also plays a supporting role.Although China's institutional pension has a huge development space and market demand,because of imbalance of demand and supply,imperfect of regime,lack of funds and so on,the development speed of our pension institution is under huge restriction.After entered the economic transformation period,service industry has the growing status in the economic development.As a blue ocean industry,pension industry is also an increasing proportion in the service sector.Along with the environment of the supply side reform,China's government attaches more and more attention to the brand to promote the updating of supply and demand.For pension institution's better and faster development,it is more important to build pension institution brand.But for a long time,domestic and foreign scholars and experts barely studied the rest homes from the perspective of brand as most of them from the supply and demand,government policy and so on to discuss.Therefore,the research of the integration of pension institutions and brand is an urgent problem to be solved in the current context.This paper is an attempt to find out the way of the development of the pension institutions by using the theory of the brand,which has three main parts.In the first part,I review and summarize the papers of service brand and pension institutions,and put forward the necessary theoretical basis.The second part analyzes the status quo of China's pension institutions,and comes up with the necessity of brand building of pension institutions.In the final parts,according to the case analysis of nursing home and the analysis of the first two parts,I put forward the specific development path of China's old-age care institutions.
