Research On The Government Collaborative Supply Mechanism Of Basic Public Health Service In The Capital Circle

Since the 80 s of last century,China has been deeply influenced by the economic globalization and regional integration.The integrative development of capital-circle gradually became the national strategy,and attained in its prime.The coordinated development of urban agglomeration can not be separated from the equalization and integration of basic public services.However,according to the current relevant data,there are significant differences in the basic public services enjoyed by residents in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei provinces.The difference of public service between different regions is fundamentally caused by the inefficiency and shortage of regional public goods supply.Therefore,this paper focuses on the basic public health service in the capital circle of supply,according to the relevant data and the results of the survey will focus on analyzing the current situation,the capital safety of basic public health service problems and their causes,and tries to put forward some effective suggestions to construct the capital circle of basic public health service government collaboration supply mechanism.This paper is divided into five chapters,the first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the topic,domestic and external city group development,the supply mechanism of public goods,regional intergovernmental review relevant research and other aspects of the collaborative governance;defining the concept of the second chapter of the capital circle and the basic public health services and development were defined,and the related the theoretical basis is discussed,including collaborative governance theory,intergovernmental relations theory and intergovernmental collaborative governance theory;the third chapter through the analysis of data,discusses our country capital current situation of basic public health service supply and cooperative supply situation;the fourth chapter puts forward the problems existing in the capital circle cooperation of basic public health services supply from the three dimensions of breadth,depth,strength,and cause analysis;the last chapter in this paper from the organization,interest compensation mechanism and related method On the construction of law and regulation,the author puts forward some measures to establish and perfect the mechanism of the cooperation between the government and the basic public health service in the capital circle.
