From January 20 to January 28,2016,the twelfth National Congress for the CPV held in the capital city-Hanoi.The General Assembly considered and adopted 2016-2020 Vietnamese political,economic and social five-year policy,the basic content of the task.The conference pointed out:"Vietnam has been improving its comprehensive national strength and growing international prestige for 30 years since its reform and opening-up,Vietnam should take full advantage of the WTO platform to participate in the new type of free trade agreement and actively integrate into the international community,The prospects for future development are still many difficulties and challenges,especially the overall domestic economic development is still lagging behind the region and the world level;the country's hostile and reactionary forces to carry out the "peaceful evolution" of the crisis still exists;Some cadres,party members,public officials,administrative staff 'self-evolution','self-transformation'phenomenon,degenerate in political thought and moral life;bureaucracy,corruption,extravagance and so on are still present and complex.Thus,the Vietnamese party and government deeply understand the young civil service construction and training for the development of Vietnam has played an increasing role.How to maximize the young civil servants to play the enthusiasm of people,initiative and creativity,related to the Vietnamese government in the fierce competitive environment,how to better development and competition.Therefore,the young civil service quality training for the Vietnamese government has a very important significance.This paper takes the training of young civil servants 'quality in Lang Son province in Vietnam as a research question and makes an objective and scientific discussion and discussion on the status quo and the problems of the young civil servants' professional quality training in Lang Son province by means of theoretical analysis tools.And explains the causes of the problems.On this basis,China's civil service training on the advanced practices and experience were summarized and sorted out with a view to the quality of the young civil service training in Vietnam to a certain extent inspired and reference.Finally,based on the actual situation in Vietnam to put forward effective countermeasures.Through this framework,the article hopes to analyze the problems clearly and provide the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the effect of the training of young civil servants in Vietnam.
