Push forward the performance management in recent years,the tax system,therefore,the tax authorities at various levels have set up the performance management,performance for organization,coordination,communication work.But performance management compared with the old management system has many different,for this part of the tax system of older workers is a new thing,to implement the impeded,sing "monologue" is o ften the performance management department.This article through to the author's own work and related colleagues often have communication phenomenon of typical performance of the work shall be presented in the form of case,and in view of the national tax departments at the grass-roots level in the process of implementation of performance management of ideological understanding does not reach the designated position,unreasonable appraisal system,such problems as lack of effective communication,lack of effective performance analysis,the use of government and enterprise performance management implementation of the relevant theory,analysis the reason,by establishing a set of full-time performance personnel,establish a scientific management idea,clear purpose of performance management,reflect the reality of job objective performance evaluation indicators,and improve the mechanism of performance feedback,and by making full use of performance appraisal results to inspire staff enthusiasm,etc,put forward the concrete measures of performance management work and improve,make individual performance and organizational performance results with real progress and growing together,finally achieve self value growth and organizational goals beyond the win-win goal.Thesis writing process,the author reviewed A number of literatures about performance management,books and electronic journals,etc.,at the same time,the authors use their actual work,by means of A grass-roots tax performance management work of field surveys and part of the questionnaire survey,to obtain A tax official latest the performance management of the status quo,to ensure the authenticity and accuracy of thesis writing.This thesis puts forward Suggestions and countermeasures of performance management is not only applicable to A grass-roots tax official working process of the performance management problem,can also work for other national tax departments at the grass-roots level of performance management in advance to offer help and reference.
