| In the rapid development of urbanization,more and more rural labor force began to transfer to the city.It is because of the transfer of rural labor force,as a special group of elderly people have been left in the countryside.In the present era,with the increasing number of elderly people left behind,the corresponding problems are increasingly prominent.In the context of the increase in daily care needs of the elderly,the weakening of family care function and the shortage of social welfare institutions,there is a serious contradiction between supply and demand in the elderly.As an effective measure to solve this contradiction,the elderly community to take care of this new pension model began to rise.This paper chooses the X Dai village of Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture as a research point,and the status of the elderly left behind in the community conducted a field investigation.Through the analysis,it was found that the demand of community care for the elderly in X village was great,and the demand for medical care was the greatest among the elderly,followed by spiritual comfort and recreational care.And X village of the current supply of resources is obviously insufficient,but there is potential for development.In order to improve the level of community care for the rural minorities left behind to meet the needs of the elderly care,we should inherit the way of taking care for the family dependency,supplemented by the assistance of the village committee and the nonprofit sector.Center,to achieve community support and family pension of the coordinated development.In addition,we should give full play to the informal care,make up for the lack of formal care resources,to provide services to meet the needs of rural community pension.This model can make the elderly living in their own familiar environment,but also to a large extent to avoid the old age to face the risk,but also play the community's resource advantages,reduce duplication,reduce the burden on the state. |
