Research On The Construction Of Yanan Smart City From The Perspective Of Governance

As a new city form in the age of Big Data,Smart city is a development mode which is effective to deal with a variety of social problems in the process of rapid urbanization.The development of smart city will contribute to the transformation of the mode of urbanization,improve the ability of government public service,promote the transformation of urban governance model,and also help the rapid development of urban economy of Yanan.This paper obtains from the wisdom urban governance theory,systematically expounded and summarized the concept and characteristics of the smart city.To select Yanan as the research object,by summarizing the present situation of Yanan smart city,and comparing with the "new smart city evaluation index",this paper uses the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis to analyze the construction situation of Yanan smart city.And summed up that Yanan lacked of top-level urban design,had a low capability of independent innovation,had a poor livelihood services,lacked of local characteristics in the process of promoting the construction of smart city in Yanan City.In this paper,the author will combine with the smart of the actual construction of Yanan,identify the functional orientation of government governance,put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the above problems,so as to better promote the construction of the smart of Yanan.
