Research On Community Governance From The Perspective Of Smart City

With the transformation and change of society,urban development is facing many problems.China's large-scale urbanization process is in the ascendant.Urban spatial reconstruction,population layout reconstruction,residential model reconstruction,and lifestyle reconstruction have combined to form a complex social environment,and social governance has become more difficult.The community is the cell of society,and community governance is also facing new challenges and more and more attention.Smart city is an emerging concept mentioned in urban construction in recent years.It comprehensively and scientifically senses,analyzes and integrates the basic information and key information generated by the entire city in the process of operation.Aspects and different levels of demand create an efficient,fast,flexible,and clear intelligent response,creating an environment in which people and society,people and people,and people and things coexist harmoniously.Smart cities have made rapid progress in the context of Internet plus,bringing great convenience to urban life and providing urban managers with efficient urban management tools.The introduction of the concept and means of smart city in community governance is of great significance to the study of community governance,and is of great significance for improving the level of government governance,promoting social progress,and promoting social harmony and stability.Panlong District began to explore the construction of smart cities from 2014,from free WIFI,“Digital Panlong” social governance and public service command center,Kunming Lake smart community,“one window form” government service system,public service wechat matrix,etc.In terms of smart city construction,the construction of smart cities in Panlong District has had a profound impact on community governance.This paper introduces the development process and existing problems of community governance in China,introduces the smart city and community governance status in Panlong District,and analyzes the impact of smart city in Panlong District on community governance by citing new public management theory and governance theory.Find new ways to manage urban communities in contemporary China from the perspective of smart cities.
