The Research Of Public Welfare Organizations Participate In Social Governance

As the government system reform and the development of market economy,the field of Chinese society appeared a huge change,the rapid development of ngos,and with its unique advantage to participate in social management,undertake reform move out by the government functions,an important force in the innovation of social management.The diversification of the main body of social management makes the ngos in the public organization plays an important role in the social management innovation,play a make up the gaps of governmental functions,meet the social demand,stimulate the consciousness of citizen participation,and so on.However,due to the public welfare organization in China started late,congenitally deficient,their participation in social management still exist many difficulties,how to analyze the obstacles and difficulties in public organizations to participate in social governance,develop the comparative advantage of the public welfare organizations in social management,to build a harmonious society is of great significance.Based on this,this article tries to study the problems existing in the public welfare organization in participating in social governance,and through the perspective of government,public welfare organizations and social perspective a detailed analysis of three aspects,thus promoting the method of public organizations to participate in social governance.The innovation of this article is that broke the past only for social organization the limitations of this great concept for academic research,and for public welfare charity,inherent features,a comprehensive discussion.But at the same time this paper also has shortcomings,in the process of analysis and summary,subjective intention is stronger,relatively strong information to confirm the relationship also seem to be insufficient,need to be further in-depth collect and study related information.
