The Taiwan issue is the core of China's national interests and an important part of the US global strategy,especially the Asia-Pacific strategy.China-US relations are one of the most important bilateral relations in the world.This shows the importance of the Taiwan issue.The importance and sensitivity of the Taiwan issue in China-US relations have always affected the development direction of China-US relations.This paper focuses on the analysis of position change of Taiwan in the Asia-Pacific strategy of America since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States,summarizes its characteristics,And then analyzes its deeper reasons,and finally puts forward China's coping strategies on the basis of studying the status of the Taiwan Strait.The thesis consists of the first chapter to the fifth chapter,discussing around the theme.The first chapter discusses the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States to cope with the expansion of the Soviet Union and the serious impact of this event on the US-Taiwan relations.The second chapter mainly discusses the strategic influence of the disintegration of the Soviet Union on China-US relations and indirectly caused the warming of US-Taiwan relations,and then analyzed the disintegration of the Soviet Union led to the adjustment of US global strategy,especially the adjustment of China's policy is obvious,the core is to enhance US-Taiwan relations.The third chapter mainly discusses the occurrence of the events of September 11 to transfer the diplomatic mission of the United States to the global anti-terrorism.Then analyzed,in order to seek China's support for the United States against global terrorism,the United States temporarily cooled the temperature of the Taiwan issue.The fourth chapter analyzes the factors that affect Taiwan's position change in the US-Asia-Pacific strategy.It mainly includes three aspects: the adjustment of the relations between big powers and the adjustment of the geopolitical pattern,the adjustment of the mainnational strategies of the United States,and US policy toward Taiwan obeys America 's strategy toward China.In the fifth chapter,based on the analysis of the status of the Taiwan Strait,the author puts forward some basic views and opinions on the mainland's response.
