The report of the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China suggests that the construction of ecological civilization is related to the well-being of the people and the long-term plan about the future of the nation.In the construction of ecological civilization,rural ecological civilization can not be absent.Beautiful China can not have no beautiful countryside as green development can not have no green rural.But in general,the construction of rural ecological civilization is relatively backward,environmental pollution and ecological damage are increasingly serious,affecting the process of rural ecological civilization construction.Therefore,finding the way to solve the rural ecological civilization construction becomes a urgent task.Education is an important way to change people's consciousness and behavior.Strengthening rural ecological civilization education can help solve the current ecological crisis in rural areas and provide theoretical support and spiritual impetus for rural ecological civilization construction.At the same time it is conducive to cultivating new farmers and the development of ecological agriculture and the construction of beautiful villages.However,the current rural ecological civilization education in many areas have problems.It mainly manifests itself in five aspects: the lack of nation top-level design,the weak ecological consciousness of the education subject,the insufficiency of the educational content system,the single means and mode of education and the imperfect education system.Based on this,in order to create conditions for the realization of rural ecological civilization education,it is necessary to explore the theoretical origin of rural ecological civilization education and build rural ecological civilization education guarantee mechanism.Chinese traditional ecological ethics thought,Marxist ecological civilizationview,ecological civilization theory,ideological and political education theory and rural education theory laid the theoretical foundation of rural ecological civilization education,but also enriched the theoretical connotation of rural ecological civilization education.The rural ecological civilization education includes ecological knowledge education,ecological moral education,ecological legal education and ecological culture education.It has the characteristics of comprehensiveness,popularity and practicability.The value of rural ecological civilization education goals are enriching the ecological knowledge of the main body,cultivating people's ecological awareness of “ecological harmony between man and nature” and practicing environmental friendly behavior.And the basic principle of rural ecological civilization are comprehensive system,form diversity and practice participation.The rural ecological environmental problems are the result of various causes and a variety of pollution sources,so the realization of ecological civilization education must also be carried out in many ways.Among them,it is clear that the main body of rural ecological civilization education is the key to realize the education of rural ecological civilization.In order to ensure the effect of ecological civilization education,Appropriate methods and means in the course of concrete practice are indispensable.And it is an important guarantee for the realization of rural ecological civilization education to establish the guarantee mechanism of rural ecological civilization education.First of all,by strengthening the top-level design of rural ecological civilization education,improving the rural ecological civilization education legal system and the public participation mechanism,reforming the performance appraisal system can achieve the system security;Secondly,establishing and improving the rural ecological education organization can achieve the organizational security.And then,through the development of ecological agriculture,eco-tourism,increasing rural ecological civilization education investment andimproving the capital management system can achieve material security;Finally,by strengthening the grassroots leading cadres,business leaders,rural teachers and ecological science and technology personnel training can achieve talent protection.
