Urumqi Community Ideological And Political Education Research

Urban community,as a grass-roots organization,is an important part of society,and also the cell of the city.With the acceleration of the urban socialization process,the role of the community is gradually increasing.Xinjiang,as the center of the Eurasian continent,is the core area of theBelt and Road.Its stable development is essential,no matter for the Xinjiang's stability or even the country's stability.the stability is puts forward as the first priority in the second central Xinjiang work forum,and it is also the overall goal of Xinjiang's work over a period of time.Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic populated areas.Along with the advancement of urbanization,the population mobility characteristics is becoming more and more outstanding,so that the urban community personnel structure is much more complex.For Xinjiang,urban community is the grass-roots organization to maintain social stability and security whose stability has an important role in maintaining the stability of Xinjiang.In order to give full play to the role of urban community in maintaining stability,it is necessary to study the community ideological and political education,from which we can constantly sum up the experience of community ideological and political education,and provide some reference for the better development of community ideological and political education significance.Urumqi,as the capital of Xinjiang,should carry out a comprehensive and effective ideological and political education so as to improve the existing problems in education and the residents' moral quality and political awareness,so that it canmake a big difference in maintaining social stability.This article selects the residents in Heijia Mountain Area,Tianshan District,Urumqi,Xinjiang as the research object.I made a more than half a year of internship in Heijia Mountain Area,in order to sum up the most real firsthand material,and to get more fully understanding of this community work personnel in carrying out ideological and political education work achievements and the existing problems,and analyze the reasons.At the same time,by applying the method of literature search,in-depth interview method,questionnaire survey method and excel statistical analysis and other methods,I think that the ideological and political education is facing difficulties in the work of solving strategy,thus I can contributemy own strength to promote the whole urban community ideological and political education work in Xinjiang.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,the main point of this article research significance,and analysis of Urumqi community ideological and political education research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation of this project.The second part mainly introduces the related concepts of Urumqi community ideological and political education,and its basic characteristics and analysis of the significance of strengthening the Urumqi city community ideological and political education.The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of Urumqi community ideological and political education and the reasons.The fourth part is mainly aboutcountermeasure for strengthening and improving Urumqi city community ideological and political education.
