Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of Ideological And Political Education In Urban Communities

City community is the city residents gathered,which plays a supporting role on the base of the city's overall development and reflects the overall progress of the society to a certain extent.In addition,the urban community is the last mile of the administrative organization of our country,which is the ultimate goal of the administrative function in the city.The healthy and orderly development of urban community can not be separated from effective development of Urban Community Ideological and Political Education.In the party and the state attaches great importance to the ideological and political education in city community,ideological and political education has got remarkable achievements in city community.But with the overall progress of society,urbanization's fast pace,increasingly high standards,coupled with the changeable new communication technology,Urban Community Ideological and Political Education gradually shows a series of problems.These problems have hindered the full play of the effect of Ideological and Political Education in urban communities,which need to be guided in theory and gradually improved from practice.This paper is based on the background of the times,adhere to the correct theoretical guidance.It aims to enrich the theory of Ideological and Political Education in urban communities in China.It takes the questions as the guidance,takes the field investigation?the original material?the summary as the main research method,takes the pragmatism as the principle.Based on the overall perspective of city community comprehensive analysis,It lists the existing problems,analyzes the reasons,seeks the countermeasure,which is in order to the bigger effects by the micro management.This paper is divided into four parts: preface,a comprehensive description of the purpose and significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research methods,research innovation and so on.The first chapter,an overview of Urban Community Ideological and Political Education in our country,including the definition of City Community Ideological and Political Education,characteristics,principles,achievements.The second chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the current Ideological and Political Education.The three chapter is based on the analysis of the phenomena and causes.It includes five aspects: to improve the comprehensive ability of the main body of education,to create a good cultural atmosphere of the community,to grasp the harmonization of education content and methods,the use of educational methods,the strict implementation of safeguards.Based on the above,this paper puts forward the basic way to improve the Ideological and Political Education in urban communities.This is the end result of this paper---”theory is applied to practice and theory is applied to practice”.
