The Study Of Supporting The First Generation Of Only-child's Parents

In recent years,the aging population has become an extremely important part of China's population structure,the contradiction between the elderly supporting and social economy is increasingly prominent.The parents of only child have entered or is about to enter the elderly stage,the supporting problem of the only-child parents will be placed in front of all the serious issues.The only-child family is the product of the family planning policy.With the changes of family structure in our country,the only-child family showed the characteristics of miniaturization and concretization,and the family function changed at different degrees.The family supporting function was gradually externalized,the situation of the only-child parenting of parents becomes more urgent than the family with more children.In addition,with the changes of the times,more and more children have left their parents and lived in the big cities,work,study or live in places other than their own hometown.The empty-nest phenomenon of the only-child family is getting heavier.The first generation of only child step into middle age.As sandwich generation,they have heavier burden to parent their parents along with their kids,Which also makes the contradictions increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore,study and solve the problem of parenting for the first-generation of only-child parents.It can provide a reference for perfecting the second-generation and third-generation parents of only child and to help more only-child to face and solve problems of supporting the elderly.In this thesis,through the selection of the typical urban community in small and medium size in Gaobeidian City as a specific research scope,this thesis conducts a social survey about 80 first generation of only-child families in the community,and through interviews and questionnaires,it presents the situation of parenting the only-child parents.Through the quantitative analysis of the survey data,it is found that there are certain characteristics of the only-child parents' supporting problem in the community of the only-child family,that is,the only-child family 's own caring ability is insufficient,the children of the only-child family have a low degree of parenting.According to the characteristics of further analysis of the risks and difficulties of endowment,it mainly reflected in the deficiency of money,daily care,emotional support by analyzing the causes,I try to put toward the mode of speeding up the improvement of social security system,and the combination of home supporting and social supporting,encourage large cities to improve with small and medium-sized cities around,establish family rescue mode of only-child parents,promote the development of intelligent endowment industry.The theoretical significance of this thesis is to help improve the theoretical system of elderly security in China,to provide a more in-depth,more detailed and more prospective study of protection theory.The practical significance of the study is that this research will help the continuous improvement of the elderly security system in China,and give reference to the development of wisdom elderly care.
