Research On The Problem And Countermeasure Of The Human Resource Management Of The Community Committee In Lecong

Community residents' committee is the self management, self education, self serving grassroots mass organizations. Because of their own conditions, social requirements and historical reasons and other factors, community residents' committee has been difficult to develop and utilize human resources effectively. In order to adapt to the social development trend of the new period, it is necessary to pay attention to improve the level of human resource management, and build a high quality community committee.In view of Lecong community neighborhood committee of the human resource management in Foshan area is quite representative and extensive, specific aspects of the human resource management research can provide useful reference for the same type of the community's neighborhood committee.Firstly, this paper introduces the background and significance, domestic and international research status, human resource management theory and research methods,and then analyzes the concept and characteristics of human resources management in Lecong community neighborhood committee, finds out the existing problems and causes of human resource management in Lecong community neighborhood committee, then puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from four aspects, such as updating human resource management concept, optimizing human resource structure, improving evaluation system, strengthening incentive measures. Because of the current public organization human resource management research is mostly concerned in the theory or the macro level, the research results of human resource management in the community neighborhood committee is not much. Therefore, this paper tries to put forward feasible suggestions and countermeasures, which can provide useful reference and inspiration for the human resource management of community residents' committee.
