Everyday,with the increasing market competition of genetically modified food,the legislation issue of Safety Marks of Genetically Modified Food increasingly become the center of customer's attention,and also become the key research on the new field of legislative practices.Of the genetically modified food,not only should we try to guarantee its security,but also give full consideration on consumer's right,and ensure consumer's right to learn the truth of genetically modified food information in all ways,based on which the the right to choose should be given to consumer's hand.Although,at present,in the field of legal rules and regulations of genetically modified food,some government departments of our country have set down a lot of rules and regulations,but have the lack of high-level legislation,which makes our country can not form the unified and well-developed system.For that reason,our country's relevant legislation still has much room to grow,and still need further improvement.This paper hopes by the security of genetically modified food at home and abroad to demonstrate its law and its research on supporting rules,to set our country's security laws on genetically modified food,to perfect our country's Safety Supervision System of genetically modified food,to establish perfect Security Law System of genetically modified food,and therefor to offer some referenced opinions to our country's relevant legislation and policy options,all of which would help our country's genetically modified food to gain a more favorable position in the international competition,and meanwhile would enhance supervision of genetically modified food from abroad to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our country's public.
