Research On The Perfect Direction Of Production Mode And Its Evaluation System Under The Perspective Of Improving People’s Livelihood

Since the reform and opening up,the changing of production mode promotes our economy growth in high speed,at the same time,also led to the manifestation of people’s livelihood issues.Different with the basic survival needs of the people’s livelihood in the early reform and opening up,the people’s livelihood issues in "The new normal" economy period has risen to a higher level.The development of social is for the people’s livelihood.People’s livelihood issues highlight the decisive force of social development-the production mode is not perfect.The perfect mode of production should be to improve the livelihood of the people as the value orientation,strive to resolve such a serious problem.Based on the historical reform of exploring the mode of production in China and the analysis of people’s livelihood,according to the traditional Marx’s theory of production,this paper points out the perfect direction of production mode under the view of improving people’s livelihood from production forces and production relations,.In terms of productivity,first,improving the employee,in the other words,improving the workers’ self-quality and their level of knowledge and accumulating the human capital;second,improving the labor data,namely,developing the varied use of working tools and focusing on science and technology innovation ability;third,improving the object of labor,namely,shortening the object of labor’s he modified transformation process and developing its characteristics of diversity,and saving and protecting the limited resources;fourth,emphasizing the three elements of the labor force’s rational and coordinated development.In terms of production relations,first,improving the ownership relations of production,namely,reestablishing the individual ownership in the public ownership economy to promote the public and individuals as the main body,and implement the public joint stock system and the joint stock cooperative system and such employee shareholding systems which basic feature is social joint personal property;encouraging the development of the non-public sector to play an active role in all aspects of non-public economy,while promote;second,improving the distribution system,namely,the initial distribution prefers equity,improving the distribution according to work and distribution system according to factors of production;redistribution pay attention to all kinds of basic system’s establishment and improvement,and bring the main function of government regulation into play.To reflect the improvement of the production mode in order to improve the livelihood of the people as the value orientation and research the perfect degree of the production mode in our country under the perspective of the people’s livelihood.This paper according to theoretical framework of the perfect direction of production mode under the perspective of improving people’s livelihood,build the evaluation system,then select appropriate data and use the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to evaluate the process of production mode in China,finally make the empirical analysis,the evaluation results show that:Perfection of production mode under the perspective of improving people’s livelihood in China has made certain achievements,has made big progress in the field of productivity,but are poor performance in the area of production relations and the people’s livelihood improvement,in contrast,the production relations are the worst of the three,even in a longer time,is in the development of backward.The improvement of livelihood of the people is a little better,but also have been a reverse development before.In addition,the empirical further evidence that the improvement of the productivity and production relations can improve the livelihood of the people.The influence degree of the productivity to improve people’s livelihood is smaller than productivity,therefore,although the great progress of productivity in making the well-being of the slightly better,but of the production relations,in a larger extent,result in the lagging of the people’s livelihood improvement.
