The Cultivation Strategy Of Citizen's Public Welfare View In Heilongjiang Province

With the process of building a socialist harmonious society in China,more and more citizens are involved in social management,the power of public welfare is more and more prominent.Heilongjiang as the most northern provinces of China,the economic development lags behind that of the coastal cities in the south.Some advanced public welfare thoughts and public welfare ideas spread here also need a relatively long period of time,so leading to the development of public welfare in Heilongjiang is slow and immature.This requires the government and the public welfare organizations to guide and cultivate the public view of the citizens of Heilongjiang,so that citizens can establish a correct view of public welfare.How to practice the correct cultivation strategy of the public welfare view of citizens has become an important problem to be solved.This paper summarizes the current research situation of public welfare at home and abroad,which is the background of the study of the public welfare view of citizens in Heilongjiang province.On this basis,the basic concepts of public welfare,charity,public interest view and socialist public welfare concept are summarized.It compares the essential differences between the traditional charity and the public welfare and gives the theoretical basis for the cultivation of the socialist public welfare view.This paper focuses on the forming foundation of Heilongjiang citizen's public welfare view and the factors affecting public welfare view.Through the form of questionnaires,the author makes a survey of the public welfare of the citizens of Heilongjiang province.From the history of the public welfare view and its own characteristics in Heilongjiang,the main problems of the citizen's public welfare view in Heilongjiang province are obtained.This paper discusses how to cultivate the citizens of Heilongjiang Province to establish the correct public interest view from the aspects of public interest organization,government,human nature,public service platform and so on.This article can provide suggestions for the citizens of Heilongjiang to establish a correct view of public welfare and then promote the development of public welfare undertakings in the province.
