Heilongjiang Provincial Government Network Public Opinion Regulatory Research

In an era of rapid development of the Internet,everyone can participate in all aspects of discussion through the online media.The pressure of social public opinion suddenly exploded in geometric terms.The difficulties faced by the government are further aggravated.How to effectively supervise the online public opinion has become an important challenge for the government.This paper mainly uses the case analysis and the questionnaire to analyze the status of the network public opinion regulation in Heilongjiang province government.It finds that there are some problems in the network public opinion regulation of Heilongjiang province government,such as lagging government decision-making,government information disclosure being inadequate and inappropriate network public opinion measures and analyze the reason.Based on the experience of countries in the United States,Germany,Britain,South Korea,and Singapore,as well as the advanced practices of successful cases in various provinces in China,the Heilongjiang provincial government has put forward a strategy for enhancing the supervision of Internet public opinion,which mainly includes: improving the quality of public opinion supervision of government employees and improving the Internet public opinion.The relevant mechanisms,the establishment of a professional network of teams,to strengthen the self-discipline of Internet users and create a civilized network environment.
