| Crisis could be in anywhere,at anytime.The disasters and losses,which caused by the crisis,have seriously hindered the stable development of social harmony.Therefore,the Crisis Management is very important.The means of Crisis Management is to deal with the crisis,specifically refers to the government or enterprises making some plans to avoid or reduce the disasters and losses of crisis,such as the prevention of crisis,the resolution of crisis,the reconstruction and recovery of crisis.With the development of Internet,lots of social networking platforms have been invented,such as Sina Weibo,Tencent micro-blog and so on.As the most convenient social self media,micro-blog has played a really important role in Chinese social public consensus.Compared with traditional media,these social networking platforms have more influence to the social harmony nowadays.For this reason,an increasing number of government Weibo accounts have been created.This paper uses the theory of Crisis Management and the theory of Public service.The paper use literature research,case analysis,statistical analysis to analyze the influence of government micro-blog in Tianjin’s explosion,which happened in August 15 th,2015.This article is divided into four parts.In the first part of this article,the writer explained the background of the research,the significance of this article,the research status of domestic government micro-blog and international government micro-blog,the research methods of this article,and the related core concepts of this research very deeply.The second part focused on the government micro-blog’s stable role in Tianjin’s explosion.The third part is about some problems in government micro-blog’s stable role in Tianjin’s explosion.The forth part gives some advices to the government micro-blog.The objective of this study and research is to better practice for governments.I hope this article can provide some advises to government staff and government micro-blog workers. |
