With the advancement of education reform and the promotion of quality education,the development of students’ subjectivity has been paid more and more attention.Besides,the primary stage is the initial stage of life,but also the enlightenment stage for the development of students’ subjectivity.At present,researches have focused on the specific subjects teaching activities and explored the subjectivity of students,ignoring the school discipline teaching activities other than the educational carrier.In this regard,this study regards the activities of The Pioneer Representatives Meeting as the starting point.The activities are democratic activities and is an important way to cultivate the sense of ownership of the players,with great advantages of cross-grade,interdisciplinary,wide participation than other teaching activities,so this paper discusses the features for developments of students’ subjectivity in primary school and how to promote the development of it.Specifically,based on the domestic and foreign scholars’ researches on the activities of the Young Pioneers and the development of the students’ subjectivity,this study researches activities of the four schools in Chengdu through the participatory observation and the interview method.On the basis of this,this paper analyzes the performance of students ’subjective development in primary and secondary schools by using the case study method,and finds some problems,such as lack of the subjectivity sense as a squadron counselor or a member,improper implementation of squadron counselor,strict rules on cadre election,solidification of the activities,lack of activities regulatory system and etc.Therefore,in view of these problems,to enable students’ subjectivity in primary schools benefit more from the activities of The Pioneer Representatives Meeting,the study puts forward some suggestions from the consciousness,practice and system levels,which should update the philosophy of educators and learners to build a talent view based on subjectivity,and should optimize activities of The Pioneer Representative Meeting to encourage full participation,and should strengthen the system of security to enable students obtain more sustainable motivation from the activities of The Pioneer Representatives Meeting. |
