A Tentative Study Of The Emergency Management Of Colleges' Emergencies In The Network Environment

With the rapid development of mobile Internet and network communication technology,the era of network has come quietly.It plays an important role in people's life.It is the network environment that is dominated by new media in the dissemination of information that is changing the way of social public cognitive,information obtaining and communication,which not only makes more platforms for the information moving swiftly,but also provides more possibility for the socialization of individual opinion.A series of changes brought by the network environment has injected a flow of fresh vitality into social development.Meanwhile,it also brings new challenges to the social management.Emergency management as an important part of the field of social management required highest attention from government,experts and scholars.Colleges,as an important part of social system,take on the important responsibility in talent cultivation,innovative scientific research,social cultural heritage,so its stability and development has been concerned by society.In recent years,various emergencies have frequently occurred in China colleges.Especially in the new era of network environment,the new features of colleges' emergency,for its response,put forwards new requirements.In china,the research of colleges' emergency management is late and immature,with the absence of perfect theoretical and practical guidance.Therefore,it is an important research topic to strengthen the emergency management of colleges' emergencies in the network environment.The improvement of emergency management in colleges plays an important role of effectively preventing emergencies and possibly lessening its harm.Based on the theory of public governance,4R crisis management and crisis life cycle,the paper discusses the opportunities and challenges about the emergency management of colleges' emergencies in the network environment in China.Besides,the author will design strategies to strengthen the emergency management of colleges' emergencies in China in the network environment and further improve its mechanism and security system,combining the current situation and foreign experience of colleges' emergency management.Those provide theoretical guidance and practical reference.
