Since the concept of service-oriented government in our country is put forward,the governments at all levels are constructing service-oriented ones to promote the transformation of government functions and highlight the public service function.To construct a service-oriented government,the government must be people-oriented,strive to provide public services,maximize the public interests.With the development of Mobile Internet Technology,Cloud Computing,Internet of Things,Big Data and other information processing and utilization means are becoming more and more into traditional industries.Internet+ is using information technology to promote the development of traditional industries,its concept is in conformity with the service-oriented government's.When Internet+ is combined with government construction,it can improve the government efficiency and piovide convenience for the public,then construct the government to a service-oriented one.At present there are four main aspects in the construction of service-oriented government by using Internet+:e-government affairs,government affairs microblog,e-government app,e-government wechat,but the four aspects all have some problems during development.This paper firstly describes Internet+ and service-oriented government the two concepts,and then describes Internet+'s four main forms'present development situation helping to construct a service-oriented government,analyzes highlighting problems during this process,and further analyzes the reasons,finally gives corresponding suggestions to the problems on the basis of some mature experience at home and abroad.Hoping that our government can better use Internet+ to transform government functions,highlight the social administration and public service functions and satisfy people's needs.
